e-chan first met Kitsu at the Abundant Shrine in Unova. e-chan was instantly drawn to the Vulpix because of her unusual pink eyes and orangish fur coloring. After talking to the Vulpix she told him of how she once saw a Vulpix with amazing strength and pink fur that was travelling with a green-haired boy and how she wished that she could've gotten to meet that Vulpix. e-chan told her that he knew the Vulpix and her trainer and said that if she came with him that she would get a chance to meet her; the Vulpix agreed and allowed e-chan to catch her in one of his Quick Balls. Kitsu is a very kind Pokemon who has a very soft voice and gets scared real easily.
Kitsu's ability is Flash Fire and her current moveset is:

-Extrasensory
-Energy Ball
-Baby-Doll Eyes
