The Unova Leagues were still about two months away from starting and e-chan wanted to catch a Flying-type for his team. After seeing the many Flying-types in Unova he decided that he wanted an Unfezant so he set out to catch a Pidove. When he finds one he battles it with Kyle. Once the Pidove was weak enough, e-chan tosses a Poke Ball at it and it hits a Woobat that flew in the ball's path, getting caught instead of the Pidove who flies away. Seconds after the Woobat was caught Victora appeared with Megumi and Luna right behind her; she had been battling that same Woobat and it got away from her before she could catch it. Seeing that Victora was really sad that the Woobat she had been pursuing was caught, e-chan decides to give her the Woobat. Victora is overjoyed but said that she'd feel bad if she got something while e-chan was still empty-handed. That when she got the idea that they should trade Pokemon; since the Pidove he tried to catch had got away she offered her female Unfezant for his Woobat. A trade followed and Victora got her Woobat and e-chan was in possession of a powerful Unfezant. While under Victora's control, Karoo has much experience and victories under her belt. Karoo is also a confident Pokemon who likes to fly high and even race all of e-chan's other Pokemon that can fly.
Karoo's ability is Super Luck and her current moveset is:
-Quick Attack
-Air Cutter
-U-Turn
-Sky Attack
