e-chan first met Cotton when she was just a Swablu outside of Undella Town in Unova. e-chan caught Cotton sort of by accident. He was battling a wild Mienfoo with Kyle; when he tossed the Ultra Ball at the Mienfoo it kicked it high into the sky and it struck a passing Swablu, catching it. Cotton is a very sweet Pokemon who loves to hum the melodies to her favorite songs. Cotton evolved into an Altaria during a training session to prepare for battle against Drayden.
Cotton's ability is Natural Cure and her current moveset is:

-Dragon Pulse
-Echoed Voice
-Moonblast
