e-chan's fiftieth Pokemon, Cat the shiny Froslass

Cat, as a shiny Snorunt, was a member of a team of thief Pokemon that were robbing many of the homes in e-chan's town. Cat is a really quirky Pokemon that likes to talk and act like a kitty cat, and even wears cat ears and a tail that seem to be able to move independently (how this is possible nobody really knows ) When her team robbed e-chan's home and were confronted by his Pokemon, she fought against Milao, e-chan's Typhlosion. During battle she used a Dawn Stone that was in a loot sack passed to her by her teammate, Katana, to evolve into a Froslass, learning the powerful Ominous Wind attack in the process. Despite creating a massive snowstorm, Cat was defeated by Milao and her fiery determination. Once the rest of her teammates were gathered together, e-chan offered them the chance to stay with him, an offer that Cat happily accepted.

Cat's ability is Snow Cloak and her current moveset is:
